Cancellation Policy

All the Pickup & Delivery services eligible to be cancelled 24 hours before operation time. After 24 hours before the operation time, services cannot be cancelled.
If the services is cancelled (24 Hours before the operation) cancellation charge will be 20% of total charge as company policy.
Cancellation complaints will not be applicable during the Hours 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM as the customer Support Centre Is offline.
